Shipping and Delivery Info

We ship orders to all Canadian provinces.  For US or international orders, please contact us at, for shipping rates and details.     

If your order comes to over $89.99 Cdn. total (before taxes), shipping (within Canada) will be free of charge.  Once your order has been shipped, please allow 3-12 days for delivery, depending on your location.  Orders requiring ring sizing take up to three (3) additional business days to complete.  For security reasons, a signature is required for all deliveries.  Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative, in which case surcharges will apply.  

For orders under $89.99 Cdn. total (before taxes), a flat rate shipping charge of $9.95 will apply.

While we aim to fulfill all orders, please note that some styles, especially during peak times like Christmas, may not be available at the time of dispatch.  If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately and help you make another choice or alternative arrangements.  

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account, or for additional assistance regarding your order, please email and be sure to include your order number in your email message.  

When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing an order number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us at immediately after placing your order to make any changes or to cancel your order.  There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.  

Your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed by our warehouse team.  To change your shipping address please contact our Customer Service team at  Be sure to include your order number in your email.
